The fun form of yoga, dubbed Bier Yoga, was popularised by a Berlin studio whose teachers first saw the practice at the Burning Man festival in Nevada, reports the Evening Standard.
According to the Bier Yoga website the fitness class is a "marriage of two great loves—beer and yoga.
“Both are centuries-old therapies for mind, body and soul.”

Studio founder and teacher Jhula writes on the website that Beer Yoga helps participants reach a “higher level of consciousness”.
She wrote: “BeerYoga is fun but it's no joke.
